Tell your state financial officers: Hold Musk accountable. Tell them you want your state’s pension funds — and the investment managers that work for them — to oppose Musk’s outrageous CEO pay proposal – and oppose Board of Directors nominees unless they are willing to stand up for shareholders and push back against Musk’s demands.
